Firestone Complete Auto Care

Got an oil change and alignment. When leaving the parking lot my wife and I heard a metal clank. We stopped the car and looked around. A wrench fell out from under our vehicle. We took it back and they have us a 50 dollar refund. I asked if the car was save to drive. The employee said yes. Well this morning I attempted to drive the car. I was unable to straighten the steering wheel. In order for the car to go straight the steering wheel had to be turned at a 90 degree angle. As I made a turn I heard metal on metal scraping. I called Firestone and they had it towed. Completely ridiculous and absurd that a simple alignment turns into your vehicle being undrivable. Not only that the incompetence of not tightening tie rods and or not tightening the wheels or control arms is negligent to say the least. Absolutely insane that you did your car in for a simple service and you leave with a car that is dangerous to drive. Update: on Monday after my car was towed Firestone called me. Someone stated the mechanic didn't finish the alignemt. How in God's name does that happen. How can a mechanic not finish the alignemt. They basically sent me home in a car that was unsafe to drive.

Excellent service from start to finish. David was very professional, and helpful. This shop was able to diagnose and repair an issue that several other shops could not fix. The work was completed efficiently, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an honest and highly skilled auto repair shop, I highly recommend Firestone . I will definitely return for future service. Thank you!

I went to Firestone to purchase new tires and to get a state inspection and I was very happy with the service. The manager explained the different options available for the tire purchase. This helped me make an informed decision. The service team got right to work on the inspection. My vehicle passed with no repairs required . The manager came over to the waiting area which was very comfortable to explain what they saw and discussed some possible future repairs. This team is very honest and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable automotive services

Horrible. Literally, the worst experience I've ever had. They made my car smell like body odor they messed up multiple times they kept me waiting for almost 4 and a half hours for an oil change and simple maintenance, I wouldn't come back here if they only charged me a dollar for a complete rebuild. I don't know who was in charge, but they need to fire him. He is the definition of incompetent. Don't waste your time going here. I certainly won't ever again. You couldn't pay me to come here again. I literally cannot express enough. How bad this place is. Avoid at all cost.

I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care for vehicle maintenance, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The team was courteous, efficient, and clearly experienced. They performed a thorough inspection and walked me through everything they found in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way. What stood out the most was their honesty. They prioritized what actually needed attention and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. It’s reassuring to find an auto service center that values customer trust and professionalism. I will confidently return for future services and recommend them to others.
